ABOUT THE COURSE

The Beginners Spanish course is for those who have no experience of Spanish and want to have some fun wihile learning the second most spoken language in the world.

This practical course has been designed to provide students with basic grammar which wIll assist comprehending the language structures and certain activities that give students the confidence to speak Spanish from the very first class.

Classes focus on day-to-day conversation and a variety of student centred dynamics are used to make the classes enjoyable learning experiences. It's a flexible and interactive course, so that changes and adjustments can be made according to class interests and dynamics.

There is no set text book, so the material will be provided in class.

What to Bring. Bring an exercise book for note taking. You will write your own grammar book and dictionary.

ABOUT MARIA D'ADDIEGO

Maria was born in Buenos Aires where she worked as a primary and kindergarten teacher for 8 years in her home town on Hurlingham. Her desire to travel took her to England , where she lived for 5 years and taught Spanish in evening schools, as a private tutor and kindergarten teacher. She arrived in Australia for the first time in 1994 and returned to stay and raise her beautiful family. 

Maria has taught at the Mosman Evening College and in 1999 she became a TESOL teacher at the International House in Sydney where she later taught before having her baby Ignacio. Maria has a passion for teaching and enjoys the challenges that brings with it.
