ABOUT THE COURSE
Meditation brings our minds to the present moment generating more peace, and more happiness into our lives. On the practical level meditation helps to improve concentration and focus, and also improves creativity. In this 9-week course you will learn and practice some simple mindfulness meditation techniques that will bring more calm and peace into your life.
No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Brendon Coutts has more then ten years study and practice in meditation. Brendan is incredibly grateful to have found that meditation is not just sitting on a cushion - it is really the practice of bringing more peace and joy to daily life. As such it has the power to transform our lives to become far more rewarding for ourselves and for the people around us.
Having studied under Masters in India and Thialand as well as in Australia, Brendan teaches how meditation can enrich our lives and, in turn, how our more vibrant lives bring great rewards through meditation.
Brendan is a father, has a PhD in science and a corporate life. He is passionate about sharing with others some of the benefits he has achieved through an integrated meditation practice.
