ABOUT THE COURSE

In the  Exploring Drawing in Black & White Media & Watercolour course, students will experiment with water colour, aquarelles, gouche and other water based media OR can choose to work in inks and other black and white water-based media. Learn to paint, how colour works and how to mix an exact colour, ground effects, brushtrokes and washes as well as general techniques such as perspective, shading and observation.

ABOUT JANE BLUNDELL

Jane Blundell is a highly experienced artist and teacher, having taught children in schools, including HSC classes, and adults in community art centres and her home for over 20 years.

Jane draws and paints in a range of styles from realistic to totally abstract, black and white to full colour. She has exhibited and sold in numerous countries, including a solo show in Singapore, where she lived for 4 ½ years. Prior to that she was in the US and is enjoying being back in Lane Cove.
