ABOUT THE COURSE
Solar plate etching is a new technique where ultraviolet light (from the sun or a UV lamp) is used to "etch" an image onto a light-sensitive polymer plate. Drawings, paintings or photocopys of images are transfered onto transparency film before hand. Once your plate is created you will learn different colour printing techniques. Note: this is a non-toxic process.
