DRAWING TECHNIQUES ON WEDNESDAYS for 5-7 yr olds
Teacher: Laurey Carey Day: Wednesdays Time:3.45pm – 5.15pm Cost: $120 per child per 9 week term Type: 9 week term course for 5-7 yr olds Click here for term dates ABOUT THE COURSE A class designed to introduce students to methods of drawing, designing & creating. This class concentrates on the elements of drawing but will also incorporate painting, collage and printing. Children will learn concepts of composition and design along with exploring texture, colour, space,tone and line using a awide range of drawing materials. Most of all we peomote creativity and innovation in a fun and relaxed enviornment. Max Students: 10 WHAT TO BRING All materials are provided for this class, however as some activities are messy we ask that you bring along an old shirt or an apron. ABOUT LAURA CAREY Laura was born in Dublin and has a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Fine Art Printmaking at the National College of Art & design in Dublin as well as a Diploma in Fine Arts from the College of Fine Arts, UNSW. She has taught children art for many years and enjoys cultivating their imagination and visual art skills.
