Centrehouse accepts VISA CARD, MASTERCARD, Cheques or Internet Transfer.

Our Terms & Conditions:

REFUNDS 

Will only be available if you provide at least 5 working days notice before the start of your course.

Please understand that this could result in the class being cancelled. Centrehouse is unable to accept

responsibility for changes in your circumstances or work committments which might occur after you

have enrolled. A $15 administration fee will be charged to process your refund.

TRANSFERS

We are happy to give you a transfer to another course within the same term providing you give us at

least 5 working days notive prior ro the commencement of your course and providing there is space

available in the course you want to join. You may find someone to take your place in the class

provided we receive an enrolment form from them before the commencement of the class. Transfers

do not incur an administration fee.

CANCELLATIONS

All course require minimum numbers to go ahead. We leave the decision until the day prior to the

course commencement date to maximise our chances of getting the numbers to enable your course to go ahead. If a course is cancelled, we will contact you. Please ensure you provide both your day time and after hours numbers when you enrol. In the case of a course cancellation your course fee will be refunded in full.

CONFIRMATION

You are automatically enrolled once we receive and process your enrolment. you will only receive a confirmation of enrolment if you provide us with your email address.

RECEIPTS

We do not post out receipts - they are handed out in your first class or you may collect yours from the office, or you can request one to be sent via email. 

CONCESSIONS

A limited number of concessions are available for students or people  on a pension or special benefit. Evidence of your eligibility for this concession must be produced in enrolment.
