Tuesday 30th SEPTEMBER

  Pottery: Friends & Animals (5-7yrs)

9.30 am- 11.30am    $40

Tutor: Angela Wright

Have fun hand-building your favourite animals and friends using clay and colours. All pieces will be bisque-fired and available to pick up after the workshop. Please bring an apron or old clothes.

Colourful Posters (8-11yrs)
1.30pm - 3.30pm $30

Kids will experiment with painting and printing techniques to create bright and colourful posters for their bedroom walls.

 

Wednesday 1st October

Learn to make pots on the pottery wheel. Wheel throwing is an ancient craft, that is lots of fun. All pieces will be bisque-fired and available to pick up after the workshop. Please bring an apron or old clothes

 

    Making Comic Strips (8-11yrs) 9.30 am- 11.30am    $30

Tutor: Angela Wright

Experiment with drawing materials to create your own unique comic strip. In this class the children enjoy experimenting with basic drawing techniques to develop a narrative comic strip.

  

Wednesday 8th October

KIDS ART

DRAWING for 8 to 11 year olds                    $110

This drawing class encourages children to explore and express their creativity through various drawing materials. They will develop observational and technical skills exploring tone, line, texture, space and perspective, while having fun and using their imagination.

Our classes encourage children to explore and express their creativity through the use of various media:  sculpture, fabric, found objects, as well as painting and drawing. Children produce great works of art with the skills they learn in the class.

Have fun exploring contemporary art styles from figurative to experimental. Learn a variety of painting and mixed media techniques including action painting, stencil cutting, experimental drawing and more.
