Please call to verify.DOWNLOAD ENROLMENT FORMCOURSE FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE YOUR ENROLMENT. Fees will only be refunded if the course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers. Fees are not transferable. Some classes have additional materials fees. $5 DISCOUNT on Weekly Term Classes for payments received by Early Bird Cut-Off date (see enrolment form for details). This discount does not apply to workshops. Please download and complete the Enrolment Form and return to Centrehouse with one of the following payment options: PAYMENT OPTIONS: Post with your cheque/money order to 178 Longueville Road, Lane Cove, 2066. fees. Refunds only available if you provide 5 working days notice before the start of your course. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for changes in your circumstances. A $15 fee will be charged to process your refund. Cancellations All courses require minimum numbers to go ahead. You will be contacted the day prior to the course commencement date if a course is cancelled and your fees will be refunded in full. Confirmation of your enrolment is processed only on receipt of payment. Concessions are available for students on a pension or special benefit. Pension/Seniors card must be produced or attached.
